Stronger Drivers, Stronger Fleets—A Healthier Way Forward

Our Story & Mission

At Zoetic Life Health Coaching, we believe trucking health is more than a personal issue — it’s an industry imperative. Drivers keep our economy moving, yet long hours, poor sleep, limited food options, and high stress place them at greater risk of chronic illness, fatigue, and burnout. The cost is heavy — for drivers, it’s their health and quality of life. For companies, it’s high turnover, rising healthcare claims, and lost productivity.

Our mission is to change that. Road to Wellness delivers personalized health coaching designed specifically for the realities of life on the road. We provide drivers with simple, practical strategies to improve energy, sleep, nutrition, and stress, while giving fleets measurable outcomes like reduced healthcare claims, stronger retention, and a healthier workplace culture.

Founded by Wanda Titus, NBHWC-National Board Health & Wellness Coach, Road to Wellness is built on both expertise and lived experience. My background in healthcare taught me the devastating cycle of preventable illnesses, and my time driving for Uber gave me firsthand insight into the difficulty of staying healthy on the road. That experience fuels my passion: to make sure drivers feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive.

This isn’t just a program — it’s a commitment to the people behind the wheel and the fleets that depend on them. Because when drivers thrive, fleets thrive. And when fleets thrive, our communities and our economy move forward together.
